Turn Business Chaos Into Code.
Real Systems for Real SMBs.

Amazon-trained software engineer building AI-powered business systems. Not consulting. Not templates. Actual code that runs your operations.

You're Stuck Between Two Expensive Options

Most small businesses hit the same wall: they need real systems to grow, but they're stuck choosing between hiring a full dev team (expensive, slow, risky) or using no-code tools (limited, breaks at scale, still needs someone to figure it out).

I know because I've been on both sides of this. I spent years at Amazon learning how to build systems that integrate with enormous ecosystems without breaking. Then I left to run an e-commerce business and learned the hard way that business is harder than code. I took massive losses trying to do everything myself.

The ego death that came from that taught me something valuable: being smart isn't enough, and you can't build everything alone. But you also can't wait months for enterprise development cycles or settle for tools that limit what's possible.

There's a Third Way

Real engineering methodology combined with AI acceleration. Amazon-level rigor applied at startup speed. Code that actually runs your business, built in weeks instead of quarters, at a price point that makes sense for SMBs.

Not consulting decks. Not course modules. Not templates you have to hack together. Actual custom code, designed for your specific business constraints, built by someone who's lived both the engineering side and the entrepreneur side.

The 5-Step Pipeline: Discovery to Delivery

1. DISCOVERY

We start by identifying the actual business frustration — not feature requests, but the real constraint costing you time, money, or sanity. What task do you hate? What changes if it's gone? How often does it happen? Learn more →

2. BREAKTHROUGH METHOD FOR AGILE DEVELOPMENT (BMAD)

Business-first development methodology. We map your business processes, identify integration points, design the system architecture, and create executable specs before writing a single line of code. This is the Amazon design review process compressed from weeks into hours using AI.

3. AUTOCLAUDE

Autonomous AI development that builds components in the background while maintaining engineering rigor. Not vibe coding — structured development with proper error handling, testing, and documentation.

4. AGENT TEAMS

Multiple AI agents working in parallel to integrate components, handle edge cases, and ensure the system works together as a cohesive whole. Speed without chaos.

5. MANUAL TESTING

Every system gets hands-on validation. We test the actual workflows, verify edge cases, and make sure it solves the business frustration we identified in step 1. The Prototype Rule: if the simple version solves the problem, the polished version will too.

Built on Experience, Not Theory

Education

CS degree from UCSB. Fought to get in undeclared after initial rejection. Earned 3.8+ GPA. Switched from Computer Engineering to Computer Science.

Engineering

Amazon developer. Learned design reviews, modularity, and systems thinking at scale. Built systems that integrate with massive ecosystems without breaking.

Entrepreneurship

Built and ran Infinity Vault (e-commerce). Real business scars. Massive losses taught me that being smart isn't enough — you need people.

From Corporate to Freedom (The Honest Version)

I left Amazon to chase business freedom, dove into e-commerce, and spent years grinding solo. After taking massive losses, the ego death from that failure taught me the most valuable lesson: I need people, and I actually want to work with people. It's so much more rewarding than trying to automate your way to being a one-man billion-dollar business.

When AI tools like Claude Code emerged in 2025, something clicked. The design reviews that took weeks at Amazon now take minutes. The Amazon engineering skills I'd built weren't gone — they were dormant, waiting for a vehicle that matched my values: speed, autonomy, building what matters.

Or so I thought. A few months in, things still took forever. Then Opus 4.5 broke through another ceiling. This isn't a "I figured it out" story — it's an active, ongoing journey. I'm the explorer sharing the map as I draw it, not the guru on the mountain selling the finished map.

iCodeMyBusiness is my personal LLC, and I'm also building Arise Group AI with three aligned teammates — Chris (storyteller), Mekaiel (PM/client activation), and Trent (technical lead). We're not trying to replace people with automation. We're using AI to create real value efficiently for real businesses.
